Nope! Your Lambs, and EMF shielding products for that matter, do not need to be grounded to be effective.

EMF coming from common devices do not emit sufficiently high electrical charges to need to be grounded. Only cases were a shielding needs to be grounded are:

1. High-intensity, large surge suppressors (whole-house or standby generator protection)
2. Faraday cages that have conductors penetrating into the faraday cage

Therefore, an electromagnetic shielding around the body for EMF protection from consumer devices does in fact, not need to be grounded.
