They do not. The protection created by Lambs is a mix of reflection and absorption of EMFs. The absorbed part of the EMFs will be converted into heat within the fabric. Your day-to-day EMF exposure won't heat up the fabric noticeably and, because of that, that there is simply not enough energy carried to reflect other parts of your body.
